Ginger Lobb Creative does not act as a Website Host and is not responsible for ANY HOSTING SERVICES, DOMAINS, OR FEATURES OFFERED ON ANY WEBSITE/HOST, SERVERS PLATFORMS. My services are for your personal use and are not to be copied, shared, or resold.
2. PHOTOGRAPHY USE:
(a) All Photography services provided by Ginger Lobb Creative are owned by Ginger Lobb. You have the right to gift, print, and share your purchased images. I own the copyright, the client will obtain a print/image release, not permission to edit or resale images. Please DO NOT place filters on any digital image and share on digital media. It is a misrepresentation of my work.
(b) Stock Photography delivered in your website design is for your personal use. Not to be sold, always give credit to the photographer (they own the copyright.)
2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS:
(a) All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the product or service you purchase will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
(b) Terms of payment are within my sole discretion and payment must be received before our acceptance of any order.
(c) ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED ON ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE ITEM DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE DIGITAL PROCESS AND THAT IT CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
(d) Payment Plans and Split Pay: you are REQUIRED BY LAW to complete all remaining payments of any payment plan. If you elect for a partial payment plan, You hereby authorize Ginger Lobb Creative and any third party processor to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms of your payment plan. If the payment method provided upon purchase has been declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or the digital asset will be removed from your account. YOU MAY NOT CANCEL OR VOID THESE PAYMENTS. IF YOU DO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TO REMOVE DIGITAL ASSETS THAT YOU DO NOT LEGALLY OWN.
